Project Proposals
Our role facilitate client to identify projects
Weundertake to prepare Project Briefs, Feasibility Reports, Cost Estimates, and technical assistance for clients to pursue project approvals and to obtain financial allocations.
Funds, as provided by FR, shall be released to Buildings Department by:
- Transferring the Vote.
- Cheque drawn in favour of Director General of Buildings.
Consultancy Services
Our role shall be Executive Project Manager
We undertake feasibility study, develop design, bill of quantities, and bidding documentation as pre contract responsibility and construction management services as post contract responsibility. Client will undertake the responsibility of bidding process.
Funds will be retain with the client, payment for construction works paid by the client.
Project Management Services
Our role shall be Executive or consultant Project Manager
We undertake the responsibility of managingthe consulting and contracting agencies. We shall undertake to execute or to advice the client. We undertake Private Sector Investment Programmes BOT, BOOT, Design and Build Contracts by Government or Donor Agencies.
Funds will be retain with the client, payment for construction works paid by the client.
Maintenance, Special Repairs, Improvements to Buildings
Our role shall be facilitate client
We undertake preparation of condition report, maintenance manual, maintenance estimates, implementing maintenance, restoration of building, infrastructure.
Funds shall be released to Buildings Department in executing the work.
